The Institute for Family Health
The Institute for Family Health is a federally qualified health center network that operates 27 practices, including eight sites that serve the homeless and three school-based health centers. The network serves roughly 90,000 patients and provides 400,000 patients visits annually. The Institute also operates three residency-training programs in family medicine, uses innovative health information technology, and is committed to the elimination of racial disparities in health outcome.
